Chimney lance for mechanical cleaning of hot chimneys, pipes, smoke tubes in uncooled furnaces and for cleaning hot process pipes. The design of the Virra FIRE lance enables mechanical cleaning of the chimneys in the event of a soot fire.

The design of the lance allows the use of the lance where other cleaning tools cannot be used due to high temperature. We tested our lance at 800stC.

The heat-resistant Virra Fire armor is made of flexible, durable, braided two-layer stainless steel. Inside the armor rotates a thick, flexible, hardened solid propeller shaft. Strong and solid fittings. All handles are bearing steel bearings.

All Virra heads are compatible with the Virra Fire lance for mechanical chimney cleaning. Heads with replaceable steel inserts are dedicated for hot cleaning:
