Terms and Conditions Acceptance

Orders making:
 
1.      Orders are taking by the website www.virra.co.uk, via e-mail or by the telephone number.
2.      An obligatory requirement of the order realization is disclosing a real address of resistance and a telephone. In the case of suspicion of disclosing unreal data, the company reserve the rights to unset of a product.
3.      After making an order, the customer gives an e-mail message, that the order is taking to realization.

Realization of orders:
 
1.      Realization of the accepted order will start:
•         in the case of orders paid by money transfer – in the moment of hitting the means  on Shop’s account.
2.      The order will be realized only when the product is available in a store. In a case of inaccessibility the part of products including in the order, a customer is informed about the state of an order. He/ She also has a possibility of making a decision about the way of it realization (a part of realization, elongation of the time of expectation, abrogation of a complete order).
3.      A customer has a possibility of resignation from made order by two methods:
•     by telephone information to the Shop about the will of resignation from the order
•     by sending an e-mail with an information of the will of resignation from the order
4.      Ordered products are provided to Shop’s customers via courier company at the address indicated in the order form.
5.      To each ordered product we issue VAT invoice. The VAT invoice is issued when all products ordered by a customer are completed and ready to posting.
6.      Delivery of the product is held via courier company.

Costs of a parcel
 
1.      Cost of a parcel is dependent on the amount of ordered products.
2.      The payment connected with realization of a parcel is included in a price of one of the positions on an invoice.

Time of a delivery
 
1.      Basic time of delivery realization last 1 working day, a customer is informed by the telephone or by an e-mail about the change of delivery time or impossibility of order realization.
Parcels are delivered by DPD courier company:
•    time of delivery – 4-6 working day from the date of sending

Payments

1.      All prices are given in Euro (EUR) and they include VAT. The price given by each product is combining in a moment of making an order by a customer.
2.      A customer can choose the following forms of payment for ordered products:
•    bank transfer on shop’s account.
3. The shop reserves the right to change prices of products included in an offer, to introduce new products to an offer, to withdraw products from an offer, to perform and to cancel promotions or to introduce changes in them

Complains

1.      If client will find any technical defects in product after receiving it, he/she can benefit from warranty provisions. Virra lance is covered of 6-months warranty period.
2.      In the case of ascertain of any mechanical damages, ensuing during delivery, or directing a complaint directly to a seller, a customer should resend a defect product by a post parcel on an address – telephone/ address data given above.
3.      The shop doesn’t receive any parcels resending by cash on delivery.
4.      After recognizing of a complaint, the Shop will send a full-featured product or another from an offer. If it won’t be possible, the Shop will return money.
5.      Costs, connected with resending of complaint product, are immediately return by the Shop after a positive examination of a complaint.

General resolutions
 
1.      A client is obligated for acquaint with a content of these rules and each time is combined of its rules in a moment of making an order.
2.      The contract of sale is concluded between a Client and Virra Krystian Rybicki company. Solidification, protection and sharing of important provisions of concluded agreement proceed by printing and passing to client with a parcel of VAT invoice.
3.      The contract of products sale is concluded according to the Polish law.
4.      An adequate court for considering disputes result from the contract of sale is an appropriate court for respondent’s seat or an appropriate court for a place of the contract making.

Terms of warranty
VIRRA MULTI LANCE

1.      A client is obligated for practising to below mentioned rules of work with a lance – Virra rotary brush. A warranty includes only a lance. Heads, because they are element which use up, are not included of warranty.
Terms of work with cleaning lance (shorten user’s manual):
direction of rotations – only right, left are only allowed temporarily and on minimal rotations;  
•    maximum rotation speed of drill-driver or drill – max.1900rpm.;
•    the drill-driver or the drill must be equipped in safety clutch or the torque limiter,                    
•    set on disconnection of rotations by the power of 30Nm.  
•    work with a lance should also be made in terms of chilled chimney. Maximum temperature of lance’s work is 40 degrees of Celsius.
•    the lance is a device for cleaning chimneys and pipes only from the top.
 
Work with lance demand of using cyclical, 10-minutes breaks in order to avoid overheating of a shaft and PA armour. It is recommended to work in cycles 10 minutes of work/10 minutes of break.
 
After each using, the lance should be clean up and rotary elements should be grease (inside are bearings, which must be grease regularly). For this purpose, a back-end of the lance, to which a head is fixed, should be immersed on the length of about 15cm in a tank with a liquid oil; then turn around the dipped back-end with the help of drill-driver by 1 minute. During this action, all waste piled up in bearing will be wash out, and the bearing itself will be grease and protect by corrosion.
 
The lance should not be stayed dirty after work and greased.
 
All defects of the lance caused from unskilful using and nonconformity to above mentioned recommendations will not be covered by the warranty.

VIRRA CLICK

A client is obligated for practising to below mentioned rules of work with a Virra Click rods – Virra rotary brush. A warranty includes only a nylon rods. Heads, because they are element which use up, are not included of warranty.
Terms of work with cleaning lance (shorten user’s manual):
•    direction of rotations –right and left;
•    maximum rotation speed of drill-driver or drill – max.1900rpm.;
•    the drill-driver or the drill must be equipped in safety clutch or the torque limiter, set on disconnection of rotations by the power of 30Nm.  
•    work with a Virra Click rods should also be made in terms of chilled chimney. Maximum temperature of Virra Click work is 40 degrees of Celsius.
•    the Virra Click is a device for cleaning chimneys and pipes from the top or from the bottom.
 
After each using, the rods should be clean up.
The Virra Click rods should not be stayed dirty after work.
 
All defects of the rods caused from unskilful using and nonconformity to above mentioned recommendations will not be covered by the warranty.
